Shipping Terms

Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing. Delivery time will vary between 4 and 14 days in the U.S.A. depending on the level of service you select. Special Note: Your service may be upgraded at time of shipping to improve speed of delivery.  Free shipping offers and other promotions apply to the U.S. only.

For international orders, Delivery time will also vary from between 7 and 14 days for Global Priority and from between 30 to 60 days for Surface Parcel Post.  Be sure to select the level you prefer, or e-mail before ordering for more information,  Thank you

Returns/Cancellations/Damages

Returns for defective or merchandise damaged in shipping are allowed within 30 days of your order.  Please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as you notice any problem with your order.  An exchange for the originally ordered item will be sent at no shipping charge with a return envelope or package. 

Exchanges for unused items are allowed within the first 10 days of your order..  A 15 % re-stocking fee may be charged for  non-defective returns.  Postage must be paid by the customer for the return and shipment of the exchange item.

Damages must be reported to the carrier (Usually FedEx Ground) within one week of receipt to ensure credit.  Please retain all packing materials and the damaged item until notified.
